What To Expect From Your Online Pilates Membership…
This is an online Pilates membership giving you access to a weekly pre recorded Pilates and restorative movement based classes suitable for ANYONE who wants to breathe deeply, destress, release, move and strengthen their body.
Whether you are a busy parent, a desk worker, retired, a budding athlete, have never exercised before, you have an injury or just want to improve your posture Pilates will benefit you.
Through mindful, simple and precise movements and gentle releases we will support you to rediscover your body, identify and alleviate postural based tension, move freely, improve your balance, increase your flexibility, as well as strengthening and toning your body. After the class you will feel reset, relaxed and recharged. The classes will vary in length but you will get an hour a week of PIlates.
The classes incorporate seated, standing and floor work. They utilise some low cost small equipment such as massage balls, fascial release balls, therabands and overballs so that the classes are varied, interesting and most importantly relaxing.
Best of all, it is a lovely opportunity to have some time and space for you away from your busy routine without needing to leave your home.

Supplement Your Home Pilates With a Pilates 1-2-1 With Me
If you want to book a Pilates 1-2-1 with me to check your technique please do. I can do these 1-2-1 and most importantly also virtually if circumatsances or distance dictate.
What equipment do I need? We do sell an equipment bundle with all the equipment you need for the classes. If you don’t have the funds for this you can improvise (I will help you). Outside of these items you also need a cushion and mat.
Can anyone do these classes? I do insist you complete my client health questionnaire before you start to ensure you are fit to do the classes. This is a mandatory insurance requirement. If you are pregnant or postnatal I suggest you purchase my pregnancy and postnatal online courses instead.
Will you answer any questions I might have? As part of your purchase confirmation you will get access to my client support Facebook group.
