Move & Bloom – Group Pilates Class
Combine the amazing benefits of pregnancy Pilates AND hypnobirthing to support you through your pregnancy, prepare you for a positive birth experience, build up your strength for life as a mum and ensure a smooth postnatal recovery. The classes focus on gentle releases to alleviate pregnancy tension, restorative movement and strengthening exercises, deep relaxation and an introduction to hypnobirthing techniques and learning to connect with your breath, pelvic floor and deep abdominals. We have created a safe space for mums to come and move their bodies, realign themselves both physically and mentally and be amongst other mums in a caring and nurturing environment. The course includes a half term block of 90 minute of specialist Pilates classes, online interviews and talks from expert guest speakers, a pack of 30 positive affirmation cards, access to an exclusive online members area with our favourite pregnancy exercises and a supportive facebook group.
Move & Bloom – 1-2-1 Pilates Class
Since we know how much pregnant mums have to contend with especially when you have to fit in all those ‘nesting’ projects before your baby arrives you can also book private 1-2-1 Move and Bloom classes pregnancy Pilates class to fit in with your schedule. The classes focus on gentle releases to alleviate pregnancy tension, restorative movement and strengthening exercises, deep relaxation and an introduction to hypnobirthing techniques and learning to connect with your breath, pelvic floor and deep abdominals. If you have any specific health concerns or are under Consultant care this is often a preferred option. The classes are 60 minutes long.
Move & Bloom – Online
In this digital age we have created an Online version of our Move and Bloom course that gives you access to over 2 hours of pregnancy safe exercises focusing on gentle releases to alleviate pregnancy tension, restorative movement and strengthening exercises. I’ll help you connect with your breath, pelvic floor and deep abdominals in readiness for childbirth and prepare you for your postnatal recovery. You also get access to our Zing Wellness hypobirthing tracks. Best of all, we have an online chat before you start and I provide most of the equipment you need to do your exercises at home.
Live Online Hypnobirthing Course – 1-2-1
If you would like to prepare for a positive birth, ANY type of birth, be it a c-section, Consultant led birth, midwifery led birth or home birth, i offer a live online hypnobirthing course. The course can be done from the comfort of your own home over 3 x 1.5 hour sessions with homework in between each session. I provide a wonderful pack full of useful resources, 30 beautiful positive birth affirmation cards, 6 hypnobirthing audio tracks recorded by me with my familiar voice and a copy of Milli Hill’s Positive Birth book. The course is a wonderful way to come together with your birth partner and prepare for your special day together.

Just wanted to shout out to James Rake – local massage therapist. I am 38 weeks pregnant and James gave me a really wonderful pregnancy massage yesterday. This was not your average spa massage, which I personally find relaxing but ineffective. James tailored my massage to suit my specific aches and pains whilst ensuring I was relaxed and comfortable throughout. Woke feeling so much better today. Highly recommend for all, especially pregnant women!
I have started attending Angela’s pregnancy pilates classes since the 16th week of pregnancy and now well into my 3rd trimester I can definitely say they have made a huge difference to my general wellbeing. Not only I have kept mobile and pain free thoughout the pregnancy but also very positive about the whole experience of expecting a first child. I really like the hypnobirthing scripts that she does at the end of each pilates session and my husband and I have learnt so much during the one day hypnobirthing course. During the 2nd trimester I started experiencing lower back pain and leg cramps but managed to keep them at bay with James’ pregnancy massages. They are soothing and relaxing and it’s the only time I can lie on my front as he uses a special pregnancy massage full body pillow. We are looking forward to welcoming our baby and I plan to continue with the post-pregancy restorative classes and massages in the future. I would recommend Angela and James as they are highly trained specialists and really lovely people.
Had a wonderful pregnancy massage last night and feel so much taller this morning! James released all the aches and tension I was feeling and also made me more aware of my posture so that I can help myself to prevent the aches coming back. Thanks James, hope to be back again soon!
