This is a half term course of Pilates and restorative movement based classes suitable for ANYONE who wants to release, move and strengthen their body. Whether you are a budding athlete, have never exercised before, you have an injury, unexplained niggles or want to improve your posture Pilates will benefit you. Through deep, simple and precise movements and gentle releases we will alleviate postural based tension, mobilise your body, improve your balance, increase your flexibility, as well as strengthening and toning your body. After the class you will feel both relaxed and like you have worked out. The classes are 60 minutes long.
Pilates and Restorative Movement For All – Private 1-2-1 Class
This is a private 1-2-1 Pilates class aimed at EVERYONE who wants release, move and strengthen their body but they prefer to work on a 1-2-1 basis than attend a group class. This is often popular for those that have an injury, back pain or very specific goals as the classes are completely tailored to YOUR needs and focused on YOUR goals. The classes are 60 minutes long.

I have been seeing James for a monthly back massage for the last 6 months. I had suffered from niggling back pain for nearly 20 years and seeing James once a month has kept me completely pain free.
