This is an online Pilates membership that gives you access to a huge library of pre-recorded Pilates and restorative movement-based classes. They are suitable for ANYONE who wants to breathe, de-stress, release, move and strengthen their body.
Whether you are a busy parent, a desk worker, a retired person, a budding athlete, someone who has never exercised before, enduring an injury, or just wanting to improve your posture, Pilates will benefit you.

Pilates and Restorative Movement For All – Private 1-2-1 Class
This is a private 1-2-1 Pilates class aimed at everyone who wants to release, move and strengthen their body but on a 1-2-1 basis. This is often popular for those with an injury, back pain or very specific goals as the classes are completely tailored to your needs and focused on your goals.
Deep Tissue Massage

I have been seeing James for a monthly back massage for the last 6 months. I had suffered from niggling back pain for nearly 20 years and seeing James once a month has kept me completely pain free.
